'My Baby's Got Sauce'

We are proud to say that Max is developing normally because he is well into the 'sauce on everything' phase. That is one of the stages of development isn't it? He loves it on everything i.e. bread, crackers, pickles, dipping his binki in and out, and just dipping his fingers. His favorite thing to have sauce on?...his face and clothes! Love this kid!

Yardley Beef

We had so much fun a couple of weeks ago at the annual Yardley Bull Sale. My Uncle Gib owns a cattle ranch in Beaver, Utah and we get to go down each year to support him. I have loved it ever since I was a little girl and I'm glad to see Shane and Max enjoy it as well. Max got to ride his very first horse and loved it! He kept bouncing up and down on the saddle as if to say, "Yeehaw!" Maybe we have a little Lane Frost on our hands, who knows!

The Abyss

The black hole that is my purse. Sure, it looks all nice and neat laid out here, but don't be deceived. Shane didn't give it the name "abyss" for nothing. Peggy, you really got yourself into some unchartered waters tagging me, but I will do the bag tag nonetheless.

Key Items:

-wipes/dayplanner: sorry ladies, you can't buy them like this. They just happen to glue to each other while down there together. But, if anyone wants to go halfsies on the marketing, we could probably make millions, eh?

-infiniti+1 receipts: I always have good intentions of keeping them in an envelop and clearing them out regularly, but as you can see, good intentions pave the road...you know the rest.

-Ice Breakers tropical sours: These are so good! Try them!

-balm: So good too! Try It!

-Leatherman & mini tapemeasure: Surprising how much I use these wherever I go.

-various and sundry baby items (as you can see from the picture, I need them): I bought this bag extra big for this very purpose, but it also perpetuates the problem of not being able to find anything in there.

The Good Ol' Days...

...when you could ride your tricked out, pink banana-seat bike (seat low, handle bars straight up, and baseball card in the spokes-very Harleyesque) with your posse down to the local associated food store (Dick's Market in this case) and buy yourself some PENNY candy and a 50¢ deli burrito. Now...strapping kids into car seats with your posse and buying yourself some 2¢ candy and a $2 burrito. Man inflation stinks! Nevertheless, it was a great trip down memory lane. Love you guys! Thanks!

ok, so we're a little old for our banana seats here, but it's the only one I could find

The 80's at its Finest

The passion, the heartache, the mullets and air keyboard...
(This is a gem we found a while back and we would feel remiss if we didn't share it with all. Remember to pause the music player at the bottom and enjoy!)
